IPA Europe appoints Rosanna Pecere as New Executive Director

Following Ms. Carine Lambert’s decision to leave IPA Europe at the end of January 2017 for family reasons, the Board of IPA Europe has appointed Ms. Rosanna Pecere to take over as new Executive Director, effective 23 January 2017.
